We ship nationally.
Shipping or personal delivery, crate and health certificate (if needed) are not included in price. Shipping usally costs $250-300, carriers are $50 and health certificates are $50. We will deliver the kitten ourselves within a reasonable radius (1 day drive) of our home and we can also refer a reputable pet delivery company.You may also choose to pick up your kitten personally at your expense

_____1. Under no circumstances will this cat or kitten be sold, leased or given to a pet shop, pound, research laboratory or similar facility.

_____2. This cat or kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to run free outdoors except on a leash or in an enclosed area.
_____3. Purchaser will provide prompt veterinary care in the event the cat/kitten becomes ill, is injured or otherwise shows signs of distress
at any time in it's lifetime and will, under their veterinarians advice, provide for check-ups and vaccinations. Failure to do so will render
guarantee null and void.Under no condition will cat/kitten be euthanized prior to notification by purchaser to seller.
Breeder is not responsible for any vet charges incurred once kitten leaves breeders possession.
All vaccines are current as of date of delivery
_____4. If Purchased for Companion Purposes, Purchaser agrees to neuter or spay this cat by the age of 6 months (unless altered prior to delivery),
and agrees and guarantees that this cat or kitten will Not be used for breeding, unless specified as a breeder
_____5. If this cat or kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat or kitten to Seller,Unconditionally
_____6. Seller guarantees this cat/kitten free from FELV/FIV for 3 days from the date of transfer, only if kitten is quaranteed from
all other cats for the entire 3 days. Purchaser has 3 working days to have cat/ kitten checked by a vet.Replacement of said cat/kitten only with licensed
veternarian's written statement. There are no guarantees given
regarding future health, show achievements or reproductive capabilities beyond this contract's terms.
_____7. Seller guarantees this cat/kitten against life-threatening congenital defects for the first year of life.
If an untreatable or life threatening condition is diagnosed, seller is to be notified immediately. Cat/ kitten will be returned
and replaced as with one of equal or higher value when available.If cat/kitten dies during the warranty period despite veternary treatment, replacement wil be made
ONLY if a veternarian certifies cause of death with an appropriate necropsy.
Unnecessary surgeries are not covered under warranty.
_____8. If at any time purchaser is unable to keep cat/kitten it is requested they contact the Seller. Seller will then aid purchaser in placing cat/kitten
into another suitable home or may elect to take kitten back.
_____9. Under no circumstances will cat be declawed. This is cruel and painful to the cat and can cause physical and behavioral issues.
_____10. Purchaser agrees to send in TICA registration slip to hsve your new cat registered.
Highlanders are a new breed and we need the numbers to advance.
_____11.This contract is legally binding to all parties involved.Any legal fees involved in upholding this contract will be paid by the purchaser.
Venue is in the state of Texas and the county of Harrison.
